Modern, newly built country house, located on the outskirts of Artá.
It is only 1 km away from Artá and 10 km from the sea.
The house offers a maximum capacity for 6 guests. It has 3 double bedrooms, one with bathroom en suite and another bathroom, a toilet, a living-dining room and a furnished, well-equipped kitchen. Equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms, as well as in the living - dining room, which is open to the kitchen.
Next to the pool there is an annex with a bathroom and a built-in barbecue.
Spacious property with a large swimming pool, lawn, natural garden with native trees.
The town of Artá, located in the northeast of Mallorca, is a place that you should definitely get to know.
