This beautiful studio in Nice Cimiez is ideal for a relaxing stay for two. Located on the ground floor of a peaceful, single-story building, this 21 m² apartment is distinguished by its brightness and cozy atmosphere.
This is the perfect address to discover the authentic side of a historic district while enjoying a privileged and peaceful living environment.
The main living area has been designed for your comfort and easily converts into a cozy sleeping area thanks to a high-quality sofa bed. After a day of sightseeing, you can relax there in complete tranquility.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
For your meals, you will have a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, a microwave, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine for gentle mornings. The accommodation also includes a functional bathroom with a hairdryer. To make your stay more comfortable, especially during longer periods, a washing machine, an iron, and a fan are provided.
Please note that the accommodation does not have a Wifi connection.
Furthermore, pets are not allowed. (Special note: a bucket should be left under the water heater as it may drip slightly).
