Welcome to Villa Aquatica, a charming 50 m² house ideally located in the renowned "Les Mas de Saint-Hilaire" residence. This spacious haven can accommodate up to 5 people for an unforgettable holiday. The residence's real highlight? Its superb swimming pool with a paddling pool, open from June 15th to September 15th (dates subject to change depending on the weather), perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. You will also benefit from a private parking space within the secure grounds.

The villa is distinguished by its comfortable proportions and tasteful decor. On the ground floor, you'll find a large, bright living area comprising a cozy lounge with a television, a lovely dining table, and a modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen (induction hob and all necessary cookware). The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a spacious mezzanine with a second double bed (140x190 cm) and a single bed (90x190 cm). A large bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet complete this property.
