From the moment you step inside, it's all set. The entrance opens onto a cleverly laid-out space: to your right, a sleeping area offers a bunk bed made up of two single beds (90x190). To the left, you'll find a functional bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
As you step into the living area, you're immediately struck by the exceptional brightness of the space. Even before reaching the balcony, the sea is already visible. The cozy living room features a television and a double sofa bed (140x190 cm), allowing you to wake up each morning to the sight of the blue horizon. Just beyond, the modern, fully open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking together in a convivial atmosphere.

Belle Isle's greatest asset is undoubtedly its balcony furnished with garden furniture. It's the perfect spot for sunny breakfasts or evening aperitifs, with breathtaking sea views overlooking the bay of La Baule. For your convenience, a private parking space within the residence is included.
