Located just 1 km from the beach and town centre, this charming, air-conditioned, two-story cottage is ideal for a holiday with family or friends. Sleeping up to 5 people, it is situated in a quiet and secure residence, offering comfort and tranquility.
On the ground floor, you'll find a beautiful, bright, and welcoming living space with an open-plan kitchen. The lounge area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a television, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals just like at home: refrigerator with freezer, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook with ease.
A separate toilet is also located on this level for added convenience.
A pantry completes this ground floor, with a washing machine and storage space, ideal for extended stays and the comfort of the whole family.

The air-conditioned bedroom, equipped with a 160cm double bed, has a wardrobe with hanging space offering ample storage.
