You enjoy a quiet yet convenient location, close to the village of Biot, around 15 minutes from the golf courses and 20 minutes from the beaches of the French Riviera. The villa allows each guest to enjoy the stay at their own pace, while making it easy to share key moments around the pool, on the terrace and in the living areas.
The garden level is the heart of the house. The bright, open-plan living area brings together the lounge, dining area and kitchen in one fluid space, designed for meals, conversation and relaxation. The openings naturally extend the interior towards the covered terrace, ideal for breakfast facing the hills, lunch in the shade or a barbecue dinner.
The villa accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 comfortable, non-air-conditioned bedrooms. Its layout is particularly well suited to large families, holidays with friends or groups wishing to preserve everyone’s privacy.
