Welcome to this beautiful 73 m² apartment located in Montpellier, ideal for a functional and relaxing stay. Located on the floor of a residence with elevator and disabled access, this light-filled and private accommodation offers a peaceful setting for your holidays.
The bedroom has a large double bed measuring 160x200 for optimal comfort.
The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds of 90x190, and a folding baby bed of 60x120 is also available.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee to make your arrival easier.
A Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the accommodation.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your meals with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and even a raclette grill. The living room, with a television, opens onto a private garden with a cool, shaded area furnished with a teak table, four chairs, a large parasol, and two sun loungers. For your comfort, the apartment has air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, an iron, and a hairdryer. You will also enjoy access to the shared swimming pool, open from the end of May to mid-September, from 10:00 AM to 7:45 PM and supervised by a lifeguard, as well as access to the residence's tennis courts.
