Villa with private pool near the center of Marseillan. Enjoy a pleasant stay in this superb, carefully renovated duplex villa, located in a quiet area just 700 meters from the center of the charming village of Marseillan and 8 km from Marseillan Plage beach.
The villa offers a bright and air-conditioned living space, comprising a comfortable lounge with two leather sofas and a TV, as well as a convivial dining area opening onto the garden. The fully equipped, separate kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, and toaster.
You will also find two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate toilet. A washing machine is available in the laundry room. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Upstairs, a mezzanine offers two extra beds, as well as a third bedroom with a double bed and access to a private terrace, ideal for enjoying summer evenings.
Outside, the villa features a pleasant landscaped garden, a relaxation area with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a private swimming pool with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the southern sun. Private parking is also available.
