Located in the picturesque landscape of Duge Njive, not far from Vrgorac, this rustic villa Fragola exudes authentic Dalmatian charm and the peace of untouched nature. Surrounded by gentle hills, vineyards and olive groves, it provides the perfect refuge for an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Built in a traditional style, the villa combines stone walls and carefully selected details, while offering modern comfort.
The interior of the villa has been decorated with special care - warm tones, natural materials and rustic furniture create a pleasant and homely atmosphere. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, offering 120 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 2000 m2. You will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. You will also use 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Additional amenities include 1 separate toilet, a washing machine and an iron.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends, there is also a dining room with a dining table, and a living room.
The large terrace offers a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape, and the sunsets here have a special charm. You will refresh yourself in the 30 m2 heated pool, next to which there are 6 sun loungers for sunbathing. On the terrace there is an outdoor dining table and an outdoor charcoal or wood-fired barbecue.
