Welcome to Saint Hilaire de Riez, on the north coast of the Vendée, the ideal starting point for exploring the treasures of the Vendée: the islands of Yeu and Noirmoutier, Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, Saint Jean de Monts, Les Sables d'Olonne, or the incomparable Puy du Fou park.
This two-storey house and its adjoining studio welcomes you to Sion-sur-l'Océan, 400 metres from Sion's main beach, its sailing club, the forest and the cliff path.
Market on Tuesdays and Fridays just 50 meters from the house.
This beautiful house, with a private terrace on the ground floor, consists of a living room with a television and sofa, a fully equipped kitchen area, a bathroom and two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two bunk beds; the adjoining studio is equipped with a sofa bed with a real mattress and has its own private shower room.
You will have two separate entrances.
