Pleasant 104 m² apartment with windows on both sides, for 10 people.
- An entrance with a closet, open to the kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle... with a dining area leading to a balcony.
A living room with a television. Three bedrooms with wardrobes, two double beds, four single beds, and a sofa bed. A bathroom with two showers, a washing machine, and a toilet. The apartment includes a ski locker, a large garden, and three parking spaces.
- Surroundings: In a quiet hamlet, yet only 300m from the Pelvoux ski resort and its amenities (mini-market, ski lifts, children's playground, swimming pool, mini-football pitch, sports shops). Other activities include: whitewater sports, via ferratas of varying difficulty, numerous climbing crags and cliffs in Ailefroide, among others... 7km from Puy-St-Vincent Ski Resort (shuttles to Puy St Vincent stop 60m from the house in winter).
The 17th-century house has retained its authentic character. It is surrounded by balconies on three sides. The rented apartment is completely independent on the floor, with two separate entrances, one from the garden and the other from the path.
In its lower section, the wild and flat land borders a stream, the Gyr. In its upper, more pleasant section, also flat, it is landscaped with flowers and features a shaded dining area with a built-in barbecue, and a garden. A small irrigation canal runs through it, much to the delight of children.
