Fantastic beachfront apartment in Can Picafort
This comfortable 75 m² apartment, located on the fifth floor with elevator access, is situated on the Can Picafort seafront and offers spectacular views of Alcúdia Bay and the mountains. Accommodating up to 4 people, it is the ideal accommodation for enjoying a seaside holiday with family or friends.
The apartment features a bright living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen and a bar, offering sea views. It includes two bedrooms: one with a 135cm double bed and another with a 90cm single bed and a bunk bed with two 90cm single beds, perfect for families. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
One of the apartment's greatest attractions is its private balcony offering breathtaking sea views, where you can relax while enjoying the Mediterranean breeze. Furthermore, the sea is visible from every room, creating a unique feeling of spaciousness and light.
The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, and all necessary utensils. It also includes a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, television, electric radiators, and three fans for year-round comfort.
The apartment is ideally located, just 5 meters from the sandy beach of Can Picafort and surrounded by all amenities: supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and public transport are all nearby. Furthermore, it is close to attractions such as the S'Albufera Natural Park, the unspoiled beach of Son Serra de Marina, the Hidropark in Alcúdia, and the Alcanada golf course.
A perfect place to enjoy the sea, nature and the Mediterranean atmosphere in one of the liveliest areas of northern Mallorca.

Important note regarding electricity consumption:
Out of respect for the environment and in order to promote responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the price of accommodation during the winter months.
Between November and April (inclusive), a charge of €0.30/kWh will be applied based on the meter reading, which must be paid at the end of the stay.
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday accommodation must pay the tourist tax. Some websites do not collect it; in this case, guests will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- A refundable deposit will be charged.
