AS01 – Brand new 2-bedroom apartment with large garden and private pétanque court, 100m from the Mediterranean
This brand-new, fully equipped 56 m² apartment is ideal for a stay with family or friends, offering all the comforts needed for a relaxing holiday. Located in a private and secure residence, it allows for a hassle-free stay: the beach and the shopping avenue are within walking distance.
The bright living room consists of a BZ sofa (sleeping area 140 cm), a convivial dining table, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and direct access to outdoor spaces.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook just like at home. It includes: a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and all necessary utensils.
On the sleeping side, the accommodation has two comfortable bedrooms:
- a bedroom with a 160cm double bed and an EMMA memory foam mattress,
- a room with two single beds, ideal for children or friends, also equipped with EMMA mattresses.
👉 All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows for your comfort.
The bathroom, functional and well-appointed, includes a shower, a sink, a towel warmer and a hairdryer.
The toilets are separate and have a washing machine.

You will enjoy a shaded terrace of 16 m², furnished with garden furniture and an electric griddle, ideal for outdoor meals.
A private garden of 83 m², with synthetic grass, two sun loungers and a private pétanque court (set of 6 boules provided), offers a perfect space for relaxation and shared moments.
For moments of coolness, the Mediterranean is only 100m away, accessible via a direct path from the residence.
Practicality & services:
The accommodation has two private parking spaces, one of which is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, ideal for easy unloading upon arrival.
A secure bicycle storage area is also available in the residence.

A typical Occitan village nestled in a remarkable natural environment, Vias is also a modern, dynamic and family-friendly seaside resort.
There are many activities to enjoy: a stroll along the Canal du Midi, a walk along the seafront, a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a day at Europark, bike rentals or water sports (paddleboarding, jet skiing, sailing, kitesurfing, wakeboarding, sea kayaking…).
The beaches are easily accessible via cycle paths or through designated car parks.
The accommodation is located in the immediate vicinity of restaurants, bars and shops.
The apartment is located in a private, quiet, family-friendly and fully secure residence.
By train: Vias train station is 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault region.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rent from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Bed linen and bath kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat fee of €100 including VAT.
Mandatory cleaning in July and August.
Cleaning fee payable on site if not included in the reservation.
Groups of young people are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
