Welcome to this terraced house, located just 180 meters from the beach.
This single-story house has been designed for a comfortable and practical stay. You'll discover a welcoming living space comprising a living room with an open-plan kitchen and a lounge area equipped with a sofa, a television, and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook just like at home: oven, microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
On the night side: a bedroom with a double bed, television; a second cabin-style bedroom with bunk beds (a large bed on the bottom and a single bed on top).
Outside, you will enjoy a large, pleasant terrace with garden furniture, two sun loungers, an awning for sunny days and a gas griddle for convivial outdoor meals.
At the rear, a shared garden is also accessible to all residents, offering additional space to relax or let children play in peace. A parking space is available. Pets are not allowed.
Not included in the rental: final cleaning, bed linen, towels, cot, high chair, tourist tax. Internet access available (extra charge).
