In the heart of the Spring City, on the second and top floor (no elevator) of an elegant period villa, discover this beautiful recently renovated apartment of approximately 34 m², which can accommodate up to four people.
The entrance hall has a built-in wardrobe and opens onto a bright, south-facing living room comprising a lounge area with a double sofa bed (140cm) and television, a dining area with a bench seat, and a fully equipped kitchen (large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, three-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave oven, etc.). A hallway with storage leads to a shower room, a separate WC, and a west-facing bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and ample wardrobe space.
The apartment, in excellent condition, is tastefully decorated in a contemporary style. Its location is particularly desirable: the shops, including a Carrefour Express, are 200 meters away, the municipal market is about 1 km away, and Joigny beach is at the end of the street.
