ARCACHON, LES ABATILLES – IN THE HEART OF GREEN LANDSCAPES
Located in a quiet, leafy residential area, this approximately 38 m² apartment features a pleasant terrace and a private parking space. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
The entrance hall, equipped with a built-in wardrobe, leads to a northwest-facing bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and built-in storage. The bright living area, thanks to its dual southwest and northwest exposure, comprises a lounge area with a television, internet/Wi-Fi connection, and a sofa bed (sleeps two), as well as a comfortable dining area. The kitchen, open to the living room via a breakfast bar, is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, combination oven/dishwasher with a three-burner ceramic hob, microwave, extractor hood, and Nespresso machine. A shower room with WC completes the apartment.
Outside, a lovely wooden terrace of approximately 13 m², covered and furnished with garden furniture and sun loungers, offers a pleasant view of the greenery. A designated parking space is also available.
The location is ideal: quiet yet close to amenities, with the shops (groceries, pharmacy, tobacconist/newsagent) just 200 meters away, the beach less than five minutes away by car and the city centre of Arcachon about 3 kilometres away.
Pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided but can be rented through our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership). Departure cleaning is included, provided the accommodation is left in a normal and regular state of maintenance during your stay.
