Nestled on the coast of legends in North Finistère in Brittany, Ty_Goas (instg), country house, located a few strokes from the seaside (1 km).
Nestled in a peaceful hamlet, and surrounded by a large enclosed and wooded garden, it has all the comforts to accommodate 5 people in a warm and unique atmosphere.
Ideally located, with numerous activities in the region (surfing, paddleboarding, sailing, fishing, cycling, walking, canoeing, the Brittany enclosures circuit, etc.)
The accommodation
Our characterful house combines the authenticity of a Breton cottage with a modern atmosphere. A house with timeless colors, which has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 outdoor heated shower, a large 45m2 living room, a beautiful terrace with a bread oven, surrounded by a large enclosed garden of 600m2.
You will have access to the entire house and the utility room to do your washing machines.
• A large, comfortable, and bright open-plan living area (lounge & kitchen), a mix of raw materials, vintage furniture, and found objects. A wood-burning stove for relaxing by the fire and a bread oven on the terrace.
• 3 unique bedrooms: each is tastefully decorated. Very comfortable bedding includes two double beds and one single bed suitable for a child or young teenager. The bedrooms are located upstairs, accessible by stairs or, in the case of the mezzanine, by a sliding ladder reminiscent of those found in old libraries. The mezzanine comprises two sleeping areas. The bedroom includes a dressing room, a retractable shelf that can be used as a desk, and a double bed. Adjoining it is a smaller bedroom where a child or teenager can also sleep, subject to the safety precautions deemed appropriate by their parents.
• A large garden: Enjoy our enclosed, tree-lined garden of 600m2, equipped with sun loungers, a table and chairs, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower with hot water, ideal for rinsing off after the beach. A peaceful place to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature.
• For your comfort and leisure, you will find: 2 bicycles, 1 bicycle trailer, 3 kayaks and 2 paddleboards at your disposal, as well as a fishing rod and two rakes to discover the joys of shore fishing during low tides. 1 barbecue and 3 fire pits will also brighten up your evenings in the garden.
•An ideal location between countryside and sea: Located on the coast of legends, made of granite chaos with a magnetic and telluric beauty, on the North coast of North Finistère, between the abers and the Pink Granite Coast, the little house in the prairie offers easy access to many outdoor activities (surfing, paddleboarding, sailing, shore or traditional fishing, cycling, walking, canoeing, horse riding, visiting the circuit of the enclosures of Brittany currently being classified by UNESCO, visiting castles, visiting megalithic sites composed of Menhirs, Dolmens or Cairns etc…), as well as renowned tourist sites (castles, picturesque villages such as Ménéham or Locronan, islands and lighthouses such as the lighthouse of Île Vierge, the tallest lighthouse in the world built of stone, visiting the monumental calvaries so typical of Breton religious architecture)
