Set on a vast 6,000 square meter plot planted with olive and fruit trees, this unique property, completely secluded, guarantees total privacy and exceptional natural light. You will be captivated by its remarkable garden.
The ground floor is designed to offer absolute comfort to twelve people thanks to generous volumes and high-end equipment.
The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed, a second bedroom also with a 160x200 cm double bed, and a third bedroom with a bed of the same dimensions. A fourth bedroom welcomes you with a spacious 200x200 cm double bed, while the fifth bedroom offers an exceptional 180x300 cm double bed. To complete these sleeping arrangements, you will find two 180x80 cm sofa beds as well as a cot for younger travelers.
The living area opens onto a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, and even a raclette grill for your convivial evenings. Thermal comfort is ensured by air conditioning and a working fireplace for all seasons. For your well-being, you will have two large whirlpool baths in the bathrooms as well as two additional toilets with washbasins. Amenities include pétanque, ping-pong, and a swing.
Entertainment and relaxation are at the heart of the experience with a private pool accessible from mid-April to mid-October and a spectacular outdoor jacuzzi that can accommodate fourteen people with its integrated table.
The outdoor space extends to a balcony, several furnished terraces, and a barbecue for al fresco dining. For your peace of mind, enjoy panoramic views of the sea and mountains.
