Nestled in one of the prettiest streets of Saint-Martin-de-Ré, this charming 35 m² house welcomes you to a quiet and charming pedestrian residence, a stone's throw from the port and shops.
On the ground floor, you will discover a pleasant living space combining a lounge area, a dining area and a kitchen.
Outside, a small private courtyard will allow you to enjoy the sunny days in complete tranquility.
Upstairs, the sleeping area includes:

Bookings on our website can only be made from Saturday to Saturday. For a different period, a short stay, or any other period outside of Saturday to Saturday, please contact us.
As a general rule, arrivals at accommodations take place from 4pm to 8pm, and departures from 8am to 10am.
For any arrival or departure before 8am and after 8pm, an additional fee is applied:
From 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM - €50
From 10 PM to Midnight - €80
From midnight to 6:00 AM - €100
From 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM - €70
