Belle villa familiale indépendante de 60m2 située au Dramont, dans une zone calme mais proche de la mer et des plages de Camp long.
Elle se compose de 3 chambres, d'un grand salon avec climatisation et avec cuisine américaine toute équipée avec lave-vaisselle et lave-linge, d'une salle d'eau avec douche et WC.
A l'extérieur vous trouverez un bel espace avec coin repas, un jardin méditerranéen et une place de parking privative pour la voiture.
Elle se situe à environ 150m de la plage du Tiki. Nombreux commerces (boulangerie, pharmacie, supérette, Bar tabac,...) et restaurants à proximité.
Arrêt de bus à 100m et gare SNCF à 400m. Tout pour passer un agréable séjour sur la Côte d'Azur.
