This beautiful duplex apartment located in Paris is the ideal place to enjoy a functional and relaxing stay in the heart of the capital.
Nestled on the fourth and fifth floors of a typical residence, this spacious 80 m² living space immediately captivates with its exceptional light and unobstructed view.
The interior layout has been designed for your comfort, with a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and even a raclette grill for your convivial evenings. You'll also find all the practical necessities such as a washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, and three televisions: one in the living room with Canal+ and two others in each of the bedrooms.
The accommodation has two comfortable bedrooms, including a master suite with a 200x200 double bed and a second bedroom with a 160x190 double bed.
The living room welcomes you with a 140x190 sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, allowing it to accommodate up to 6 people.
For your comfort, two water areas are at your disposal with a shower room and a second bathroom.

A wifi connection is available throughout the accommodation to stay connected during your trip.
The location is one of the strong points of this duplex since you will be staying in the immediate vicinity of transport with metro lines 9 and 10, the RER C, the tramway and many buses.

The 16th arrondissement of Paris is located on the right bank of the Seine, in the west of the city. It is bordered to the east by the Seine and to the west by the Paris ring road, with the exception of the Bois de Boulogne which is located on the other side of this road.
