The villa’s design blurs the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, thanks to its magnificent 4,000 m² wooded and landscaped park, offering absolute privacy. The spacious living room is a convivial space where modern furniture harmonizes with the original architecture. It’s the perfect place to gather, enjoy the TV and video game corner, play a game of foosball, or relax in the reading nook. Adjacent to it, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen designed for preparing gourmet meals, along with a large festive dining room.

Upstairs:
2 Superb Ocean-Facing Rooms (17 and 16 m²): Each equipped with a double bed (160x200), they share a balcony with a breathtaking ocean view and a shared bathroom (shower and bathtub).
3 Elegant Double Rooms (20 to 27 m²): Two offer a loggia view (one with a 160x200 bed, the other convertible to a 180x200 or twin beds), and the third overlooks the gardens. Each has its own private bathroom.

The villa offers the amenities of a private hotel. Discover its exceptional 280 m² wellness area, bathed in natural light under a large secure glass roof. This extraordinary space features a huge indoor pool (110 m², 15x7.5m, with a gentle slope and depth up to 2.45m) heated year-round and secured for children, a relaxing Jacuzzi, a shower area with sauna, sun loungers, and a tea corner. A true haven of une conciergerie where you can swim in any season, even when the weather is stormy.

CONCIERGE FEES AND OPTIONAL SERVICES
To ensure hotel-quality standards and complete transparency regarding preparation fees not included in the platform booking, payment is made directly to our concierge service, "Les Clefs de l'Océan," after your reservation.
Mandatory Fees (Essential Services):
End-of-Stay Cleaning (Mandatory): 990 euros per stay.
Linen and Household Package (Mandatory): 25 euros per person. This package provides hotel-quality linen (sheets, towels, pool towels, and bathrobes) and ensures your beds are made upon arrival.
Note: Intermediate cleaning (2 visits per week, on Monday and Friday afternoons) is included in your reservation rate.
Comfort Options (Upon Request):
Early Arrival (subject to availability): 500 euros.
Late Departure (subject to availability): 500 euros.
Deposit: A deposit of 5,000 euros will be required before your arrival. This is done via a pre-authorization on your bank card (the amount is not debited).
Our team will contact you as soon as your reservation is confirmed to arrange payment for these services and offer our tailor-made services (private chef, in-villa massages, bike rentals, etc.).
HOUSE RULES AND PARKING
To preserve the beauty of this restored villa, smoking is strictly prohibited inside, and pets are not allowed. The use of the wellness area is under the full responsibility of the guests.
For your convenience, parking is extremely easy: the property features 8 indoor parking spaces, 1 closed garage with an electric vehicle charging station, and 3 additional outdoor parking spaces.
