INTERIOR
This villa seduces with its authenticity, enhanced by its various vaults, its ironwood frame from an old convent in Sardinia and its lime plaster.
On the level there is the entrance as well as an adjoining kitchen, fully equipped (hob, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cookware, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, juicer, tableware ...) and equipped with a pantry. You also have access to the living room, decorated with a fireplace and a TELEVISION, surmounted by a mezzanine. The dining room is located on the same level. A bedroom with bathroom is located nearby, as well as an independent toilet for guests. No fiber-optic Wifi.

The villa is not air conditioned because its exposure allows it. It is comfortable and environmentally friendly.

This villa offers a unique setting between sea and nature. The garden, arranged on several levels, creates beautiful spaces for walking and contemplation. A yurt houses a large bedroom, to the delight of children and lovers of escape.
