PORT CAMARGUE – Lake Salonique – Located in the secure residence “Les Rives du Lac”, this 34m² two-room apartment on the ground floor offers a peaceful setting with a communal swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September, 10 x 5 m, depth from 80 cm to 2 m) and a private and numbered parking space.
The apartment comprises a living room with a 140cm sofa bed, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a television, opening onto a south-east facing terrace with direct access to Lake Thessaloniki. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, stovetop, and filter coffee maker.
The separate bedroom, divided by a curtain, has a 140cm double bed and a window opening onto the 25m² terrace. The bathroom has a washing machine and a toilet. The apartment is furnished and equipped to accommodate up to 4 people.
Nearby, you'll find the beach 800m away, the Fidji shopping center 600m away, the Luna Park 1km away, and the town center 3km away. Enjoy long walks along the lake and the peaceful surroundings, all while remaining just a short walk from the beach (approximately 15 minutes). Pets are not allowed.
