Sainte-Maxime is a renowned resort town in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. It's very lively in the summer, with its pedestrian streets lined with restaurants, cafes, and boutiques, live music on Tuesday evenings, and shows at the Théâtre de la Mer. Its port is the perfect starting point for wonderful excursions on the Mediterranean.
This charming Mediterranean villa is located in a quiet, residential area. This vacation rental is close to the seafront and features a large terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue area for dining. It's ideally situated just a few minutes' walk from the center of Sainte-Maxime and La Madrague beach.
Open to the outdoors, the villa comprises an entrance hall, a bright and spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a terrace, a bedroom with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a separate toilet.
The south-facing terrace includes a dining area and another covered terrace with sun loungers, offering shade from the sun. The lush garden is overflowing with trees and flowers and features a superb private pool.
End-of-stay cleaning included.
