Typical Périgourdine stone house located in a small quiet hamlet in the village of Le Coux. This lovely property sleeps up to nine people and offers you a quiet hideaway as well as a beautiful little private garden and a secured private swimming pool.
This classic French home has on the ground floor, a homely and well equipped kitchen (with a back kitchen), perfect for spending quality time around the family dinner table.
To the left of the kitchen, a door will lead you to a cosy living room. If you carry on through you will find a hallway leading to a shower room with wc and a double bedroom with its own private terrace at the end of the house.
To the right of the kitchen, you will find a hallway that gives onto a separate wc, a shower room and a double bedroom with french windows giving you a private access to the main terrace.
On the floor, accessed via a staircase from the kitchen, you will find a mezzanine with a pool table, television and a sitting area. From here, a door will lead you to a bathroom with a bath and shower as well as a wc.
On the other side, there is a double bedroom to your left, and at the end of the hall a bright double bedroom with a ceiling fan and an extra single bed.
In the garden, a natural haven awaits you, offering two terrace areas. The is accessible from the kitchen and living room, perfect for al fresco dining in summer. The second is a covered terrace near the pool, equipped with an outdoor sink, charcoal barbecue and gas plancha grill.
