The 2 Twin Rooms: Charming and bright, each offering two single beds (90x200) and built-in wardrobes.

THE ANNEX - THE OLD BARN (8 people):
A true highlight of the property, this old barn has been beautifully transformed to offer an ideal independent space, blending rest and entertainment.

On the ground floor:
The King Size Room: A beautiful bedroom featuring a large king-size bed (160x200).
The Bathroom: An additional bathroom with a shower and toilet for optimal comfort.
The Relaxation & Games Area: A paradise for both kids and adults! Enjoy fun moments around the ping-pong table, the foosball table, or in the lounge area equipped with a TV and a Nintendo Switch console.

Upstairs:
The Dormitory: A cozy and unique space under the eaves, featuring 6 single beds (90x200), perfect for children, teenagers, or friends.

You will enjoy a magnificent outdoor pool (open and heated from April to September depending on weather conditions) and facilities worthy of a private spa: a genuine hot tub (Jacuzzi) and an authentic wooden sauna for moments of pure relaxation.
The perfectly landscaped terraces invite you to live outdoors from morning until night: enjoy a large dining area to gather your whole tribe, a "chill" lounge area to admire the sunset colors during golden hour, as well as a plancha and a BBQ. A private pétanque (bocce) court and children's games also promise unforgettable memories.

CONCIERGE FEES AND OPTIONAL SERVICES
To guarantee you hotel-quality standards and total transparency regarding preparation fees that are not included in the platform's booking price, payment is made directly to our concierge service, "Les Clefs de l'Océan", after your reservation.

Mandatory Fees (Essential Services):
End-of-Stay Cleaning (Mandatory): €250 per stay. (The accommodation must still be left in a respectable condition: clean dishes and bins emptied).
Bed Linens and Towels Package (Mandatory): €10 per person. This package allows us to provide hotel-quality linens (beds are made prior to arrival), bath towels (1 large and 1 small towel per person), and kitchen towels.
Tourist Tax (Mandatory): Varies depending on your booking.

Your Comfort Options (Upon request):
Early check-in (subject to availability): €200.
Late check-out (subject to availability): €200.
Additional mid-stay cleaning: €39 per hour.
Pets (under 25 kg / 55 lbs): €15 per stay.

Security Deposit: A €2,000 security deposit will be requested before your arrival. This is done via a pre-authorization on your credit card (the amount is not debited).

HOUSE RULES AND PARKING
To preserve the beauty of this property, the interior is strictly non-smoking. Pets (under 25 kg / 55 lbs) are, however, welcome (as an option). The use of the pool, spa, and sauna is entirely at the guests' own risk.
