Very modern and functional studio apartment with a separate sleeping area, kitchen, spacious bathroom, and balcony; located just a few steps from the courthouse and very close to the Duomo. This spacious suite can accommodate two people and has all modern comforts: equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, internet, and air conditioning.
At the entrance, there is a three-door wardrobe that houses the washing machine. The spacious wall kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, and there is also a table with two chairs. A bookshelf separates the bedroom area with a double bed, TV, two bedside tables, and a walk-in closet space. From here, you can access the balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The bathroom with a window has a large shower box, sanitary fixtures, and a towel warmer.
It is possible to reach the apartment by bus, subway, train, or tram. The apartment is located within Area C, the paid limited traffic zone, for which you must pay to enter with cars on weekdays. You can park on the blue-striped paid parking spaces, while the yellow ones are reserved for residents.
Duomo Square is located just 1 km (13 minutes walking), Piazza San Babila (from which the shopping streets Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, Via Montenapoleone and the Fashion Quadrilateral start) at 900 meters, 10 minutes walking. Corso XXII Marzo, another street rich in shops, restaurants and pizzerias, is also just a few steps away.
The nearest metro station is San Babila, 800 meters away (MM1 red and MM4 blue, direct connection to Linate airport). The Duomo metro stop MM1 and MM3 (direct connection to main stations: Central Station, Cadorna), is a ten-minute walk from the apartment. There are also numerous bus and tram lines nearby: bus 84, 94, tram 12, 19, 24.
