With a furnished terrace and balcony, the house is composed of:
- a large and comfortable living room with a dining area,
- a dedicated workspace,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, electric griddle, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
- three bedrooms with double beds,
- a fourth bedroom with one double bed and one bunk bed,
- three bathrooms: one with a bathtub and two with showers,
- a separate toilet and two toilets in the bathrooms,
