Single-ownership of 4 apartments located in the RAPATEL-PLANAS sector - residential area of Saint Cyprien beach.
You will be staying on the ground floor right in the apartment which is composed as follows:
Direct entry into the living room equipped with a lounge area with a sofa bed (140cm), a single bed (90cm) and a TV.
Dining area and kitchenette (Refrigerator/freezer, 2-burner induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster...)
Room with a double bed (140cm) and storage.
Access to the fenced rear garden (shared with the vacationer on the left side of the ground floor)
Bathroom with toilet, shower, and washing machine
Beautiful covered terrace with awning and outdoor furniture - overlooking the communal garden of the fully fenced property, gated and accessible to all guests during your stay - ideal reading and relaxation area.
Free parking in front of the property.

Set of 4 apartments available: Rent in the same place, each enjoy your own apartment, it's the perfect balance between conviviality and privacy.
Optional additional services: linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/ single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit with one large and one small towel: 8.00 euros).
