The owner's note, MANON
Located in the family ski resort of Chamrousse 1750, our 24 m2 apartment is ideal for a family of 4 people.
Our completely renovated cabin studio consists of:
• A kitchenette open to the living room, fully equipped with hob, Senseo coffee maker, oven, kettle and various appliances (raclette and fondue, salad spinner, croque monsieur machine and all crockery and utensils)
• A bathroom with bathtub and towel dryer
• Independent WC
• Living room with an accordion bed (2 single beds pushed together to make a real, very comfortable 160x200cm bed with a real thick mattress), a connected TV, dining table and TV unit with 6 storage drawers
• A cabin with bunk bed 2 mattresses 80x190cm and large storage cupboard with wardrobe
• A 2m2 balcony facing south
•Ski locker on the same floor as the apartment giving direct access to the slopes.
Parking is free in front of the residence without a space assigned to the accommodation.
There is fiber speed wifi in our apartment.
PLEASE NOTE: Laundry is not provided, if you want sheets and towels, a supplement will be requested of €15/person.

The residence is 5 min walk from the Luge Park and 3 min drive from the shopping center and the ski school (10 min walk)

It is an alpine ski area with mainly intermediate level (blue) slopes.
But also a space dedicated to new sports, the 6.3 hectare Sunset Park made up of modules for all tastes and all levels:
Snowpark: “expert” slopestyle jump zone, shred line and skicross
Initiatic Park: “beginner” jump area and KL mini track (launched kilometer)
Family Park “Montagne de Téo”: new secure space for young and old looking for sensations with numerous fun and sound elements installed on a dedicated blue slope.
But also non-ski activities and leisure activities: tobogganing, mountain adventures, escape games, treasure hunts, crafts and culture...
Shopping mall with accommodation, restaurants, shops, services, ski pass cashier, Ecole du Ski Français (ESF) office, Tourist Office, Post Office, library, cinema, free shuttle stops, public toilets, wifi...
Winter activities in Chamrousse 1750 - Roche Béranger
Summer
Starting point for Chamrousse hikes with routes providing access to Lake Achard, Lake des Vallons but also to Lakes Robert, the Croix de Chamrousse, the Pra refuge...
On this slope, the downhill mountain bike trails are of intermediate level with trails suitable for beginners.
There are also outdoor activities and leisure activities: Chamrousse Kids, trail running, cycling, mountain adventures, little mountaineer trail, culture and crafts, paddle on the new Roche lake...
The nearby Bachat Bouloud chairlift is the ski lift that allows quick access to the top of the resort by mountain bike or on foot. It is open during the summer holidays and on weekends in June and September (subject to weather conditions).
Drinking water points at the public toilets at the end of the shopping mall (next to the cinema), at the Chamrousse Kids chalet (summer) / ESF kindergarten (winter) and at the Town Hall.
