Welcome to Duingt!
Located on the shores of Lake Annecy and two minutes walk from the historic centre of Duingt and all its shops, discover a fully equipped apartment on the lake!
Ideal for 2 to 4 people, its location is perfect for a successful family holiday.
The residence has a private car park and a bicycle storage area, and is located by a bike path. A bicycle café is 300 metres away if you want to rent bicycles.
Housing:
The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator and has two balconies. It is equipped with TV, Wifi and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.
The bedroom has a double bed and storage.
Linen will be provided for your stay.
Non-smoking accommodation, pets are not allowed in the apartment.
NB: THE BALCONIES WILL BE CHANGED BETWEEN THE 29th AND THE 20th OF DECEMBER 2025. TO COMPENSATE THE TROUBLE THESE WORKS COULD CAUSE, THE PRICES PER NIGHT YOU SEE HERE HAVE BEEN DECREASED BY 20%.
🅿️ A parking space is included with the reservation.
Attention: the accommodation is on the road although facing the lake, some nuisances can take place with the windows open.. The interior of the apartment is well insulated with double glazing.
Reinforcement work is planned soon on the balconies, which will be accessible as soon as this work is completed.
Close to shops, restaurants, bus and bike path you can leave the car in the parking lot of the condominium and explore the old village of Duingt on foot.
Also called «the pearl of the lake», Duingt is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a setting of mountains.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
