Discover this superb, bright studio located on the famous Île de Nantes, a prime location to fully enjoy the city in a functional and relaxing setting.
This 23 m² accommodation has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people on the ground floor of a peaceful residence bordered by a small enclosed garden.
The main sleeping area features a double bed with a 180x200 cm mattress, located on a mezzanine accessible by stairs, creating a unique atmosphere under a low ceiling. The accommodation includes Wi-Fi.
For additional travelers, the living room is equipped with a 140x200 sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after your days of exploration.
To make your stay easier, bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and everything you need to prepare your meals, while the shower room has hot water and heating.
The studio is ideally located, as you can reach the train station in just 15 minutes via bus line 5 or in 25 minutes on foot.
Tram lines 2 and 3, located in the immediate vicinity, allow you to reach the historic centre of Nantes in just 2 stops.
You will be staying a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bus ride from Machine Island, where the giant elephant, the carousel and the lively atmosphere of the Banana Warehouse await you.
