Welcome to this superb 95 m² apartment located on the third floor of a residence with elevator, a perfect address for a functional and relaxing stay in Courbevoie.
Bathed in light thanks to its many openings and its South/South-West exposure, this accommodation offers an unobstructed and unobstructed view of the station square, guaranteeing a serene and airy atmosphere.
For your comfort, the sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a single bed (90x190cm), two further bedrooms each with a single bed (90x200cm) and a cot (60x120cm), as well as three bedrooms equipped with double beds (160x200cm). The living room complements these sleeping arrangements with a sofa bed (140x200cm), allowing for a total capacity of up to 6 people.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee to make your arrival easier.
The accommodation does not have a Wifi connection, allowing you to fully enjoy the peace and quiet and the view.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, not to mention a raclette grill for your convivial evenings. You will also find a washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, iron, television, and smoke detector at your disposal, all in a strictly non-smoking environment that is heated for your comfort.
