Located on the ground floor of a quiet residence, this bright apartment boasts a superb private terrace and unobstructed views—rare assets for fully enjoying your moments of outdoor relaxation.
The sleeping area consists of two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a 140x190 double bed, ideally accommodating up to 4 people.
For your comfort, bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee, allowing you to travel lighter.
The accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator and coffee machine, as well as a modern shower room, washing machine, television and heating system.
Please note that the apartment does not have a wifi connection, thus offering you a total disconnection during your holiday.
The location is a major plus since you will be staying just a 6-minute walk from a Carrefour Express for your shopping and 7 minutes from the Alsacien Nantes.
