Designed to accommodate up to 6 people, it is located on the floor of a quiet residence without an elevator and is distinguished by its exceptional brightness, unobstructed view and superb terrace.
You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, as well as a cozy living room with a sofa and television for relaxing after your day's exploring. Two modern shower rooms, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron, and air conditioning complete this property for your utmost comfort.

La Teste-de-Buch is a town located near Arcachon in southwestern France. It's a seaside resort from which you can discover the famous Dune du Pilat, 110 meters high, offering an incredible panoramic view of Arcachon Bay, the forest, and the Cap Ferret lighthouse. While strolling through the town, you'll notice several old buildings, such as the Church of Saint-Vincent or the Maison Verthamon, the current Town Hall, which lend it a unique character and history. Right in the town center, you'll also find the oyster port where you can stop to sample delicious oysters.
