Welcome to this beautiful 35m² apartment with a 7m² loggia located on the fourth floor of a residence with elevator in Fréjus, an ideal setting for a stay that is both functional and relaxing.
Upon arrival, you will be captivated by the exceptional brightness of the accommodation and its breathtaking view from the terrace, the major asset for your moments of relaxation.
The sleeping area consists of a welcoming bedroom with a double bed of 140x190, a folding child's bed of 80x180 and a folding baby bed for the little ones.
The living room has a 160x200 convertible sofa offering quality extra sleeping space for you to relax after a day of sightseeing.
Please note that bed linen and towels are provided on request at an additional cost.
The accommodation is fully connected and has a Wifi connection to stay in touch with loved ones or work remotely.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee machine and refrigerator, complemented by a washing machine with dryer function and air conditioning for total comfort.
The residence is quiet despite its proximity to the train and bus station. The noise from passing trains is, however, minimal.
An underground parking space is available to you, allowing you to park your vehicle safely during your stay.
You will enjoy a privileged location just a 10-minute walk from the fine sandy beaches and 20 minutes from the marina with its many shops.

Originally a Roman city, it was founded in 49 BC to rival Marseille, which then dominated the region. Fréjus boasts the second-highest concentration of ancient ruins in France after Arles.
There is also the François Léotard nature base (outdoor sports complex with many events in the summer).
