With its 156m2 of living space, the villa offers accommodation for a maximum of 10 and optimally 8 people. It is fully air-conditioned and offers 4 bedrooms with 3 en suite bathrooms, three of which have a double bed and are located on the upper floor, while the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds and is located on the ground floor. An additional two people can sleep on the sofa in the living room. You can also use the washing machine and iron, and one separate toilet.
A beautifully decorated kitchen with a dining table will provide you with a place where you can enjoy delicious meals prepared with love with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and the dining room has seating.
The living room has a sofa, TV, electric fireplace, high chair for children, books and a coffee table.
On the outdoor terrace there is a heated 20 m2 swimming pool with sea water, which is open from April to October. Next to the pool there are sun loungers, an outdoor barbecue and a covered outdoor dining table, ideal for evening gatherings until late at night.
The yard is completely fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces. There is also a table tennis table in the yard where you can play with the children.
The landscaped garden provides additional intimacy and security, which makes this property an ideal choice for families with children or a group of friends.
