Orellana house is located on the floor of a building located on a quiet street 200 m. from the sea in a residential neighborhood, away from the bustle own tourist areas, but close to downtown and the beach of Can Picafort. It is a functional apartment for 6 people. Comprising 3 double bedrooms with 1 double bed and 4 single beds, 1 bathroom with tub, a living room with TV and DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with enough utensils and appliances to help you during your stay tasks, also a washing machine. Air conditioning in the corridor will help you to enjoy sleeping. Sunny balcony with outdoor furniture. It's perfect to enjoy a lovely breakfast or dinner, to read, chat or just get some fresh air for a while before bed. On the upper floor, which is accessed by the building's staircase, you can enjoy an exclusive picnic area with a barbecue and sunbeds for sunbathing. Also, a small kitchen and a summer dining room, a bathroom and laundry. Highly recommended for families.
Can Picafort is one of the most popular tourist areas of Mallorca.
