Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Cosy holiday cottage, directly on Lake Sarnen in the middle of a beautiful garden. Quiet, unspoilt location with views of the lake and the surrounding Obwalden mountains.

Centrally located for all kinds of leisure activities. Swimming, rowing, stand-up paddling, fishing, hiking and mountaineering in the surrounding mountains, cycling, motorbike tours, etc. Indoor activities of all kinds are also within easy reach!

1 room studio with everything you need for your holiday. Cabin bed for 2 persons. Kitchenette, shower, WC, etc.

Wifi, satellite TV, radio, reserved car park, quiet surroundings, communal garden with steps and access to the lake, motorised rowing boat for hire, separate fireplace room (a collectively usable annex and can be used when available), barbecue area, plenty of seating and tables and space for everyone! (Mixed use: permanent tenants and holiday guests.)
