Located at the entrance to Cannes, within walking distance of Palm Beach and La Croisette, this two-bedroom apartment offers a pleasant and bright setting. The south-facing terrace naturally extends the living area and becomes a space enjoyed from morning till night.

HOUSING
Located on the floor without an elevator (only 6 steps), the apartment opens onto an entrance which distributes the different spaces.
The main living area includes a lounge and dining space. It opens onto a south-facing terrace, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.
The kitchen is separate and equipped with the essentials for everyday cooking. (Please note, it does not have a dishwasher).
On the sleeping side, the apartment offers two bedrooms located on either side of the accommodation.
The master bedroom is equipped with a 140x200 cm double bed, a wardrobe and direct access to the terrace.
The second bedroom also has a double bed (140x190 cm) and a wardrobe.
A shower room completes the sleeping area.
A separate toilet is located in the entrance.
There is no washing machine in the apartment, but there is a laundry at the foot of the building, convenient for longer stays.

From Nice airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: approximately 8 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot.

- Palm Beach beaches: approximately a 15-minute walk. Quieter beaches to the east of the Croisette, ideal for swimming and seaside days.
- La Croisette: approximately a 14-minute walk. Iconic promenade, private beaches, restaurants and luxury hotels
- Port Pierre Canto: approximately a 15-minute walk. Marina and restaurants facing the yachts.
- Rue d'Antibes: approximately a 13-minute walk. Main shopping street of Cannes
- Palais des Festivals et des Congrès: approximately a 30-minute walk or an 8-minute drive. Centre for major international events
- Local shops: a bakery, a pastry shop and two mini-markets are located at the foot of the building; a pharmacy and other shops are within a 10-minute walk.
The location allows easy access to the beaches and major points of interest in Cannes, while also benefiting from immediate shops at the bottom of the residence.

Departures are until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible depending on our availability of course, feel free to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will gladly do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 PM.
Late arrival until 10 PM is available upon request and at an extra cost.
Outside of these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
