It is not uncommon for our musician friends or dance companies from the Opéra Comédie to stay here. Centrally located on the 3rd floor of a Haussmann-style building, this is the favorite apartment of lovers of opera and old Montpellier—the authentic Montpellier.
That is why we chose and selected, just steps from the prestigious Place de la Comédie, the “Suite Comédie.” Charm, elegance, and high ceilings will accompany your stay.
You will be just a short walk from the Castellane market halls, the brand-new Laissac market halls, and the Charles de Gaulle esplanade, with its colorful, tree-lined and flower-filled walkways.
This beautiful 57 m² apartment features a living room and a kitchen area where enjoying breakfast is a pleasure. Spacious, it offers two bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed.
The Comédie public parking is located at the foot of the building—which is very rare. The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toaster, and oven. It offers all modern comforts, including fiber internet, Wi-Fi, and television.

Montpellier is a pedestrian city, so it is not possible to park directly in front of the apartment. As with most buildings in the historic listed center, there is no elevator.
