The villa boasts 32 m2 private swimming heated pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunny days with loved ones. Guests can enjoy ample outdoor space, including a terrace, fenced plot, garden furniture and a barbecue area which is located in a separate part of the house where the second kitchen and dining room are as well. It makes this villa ideal for group gatherings.
Inside, the villa features three well-appointed bedrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements, including a double bed in each room. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and equipped for year-round comfort. The modern kitchen is comprehensively equipped with appliances including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all necessary kitchenware.
