The Pearl penthouse was built in 2023 in a contemporary style, offering you 160 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 500 m2. It consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor there are bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small balcony. On the upper floor there is a kitchen, living room, 1 bathroom and a larger balcony. It is only 20 meters from the nearest sea, and offers accommodation for an optimal 6, and a maximum of 8 people.
It is fully air-conditioned and has 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds. There are also 3 bathrooms with walk-in showers. You can use the washing machine and iron. Two additional people can sleep on the sofa in the living room.
