The beautiful Villa Ballat is located in Privlaka, just 20 km from Zadar. Zadar is a city that has been a famous tourist attraction and destination for many years, which is gladly visited by both domestic and foreign guests. It is known for its beautiful beaches, the Sea Organ and the installation 'Greeting to the Sun' that will surely delight you. This villa is ready to provide you with everything you have been dreaming of for a long time, where you will be able to enjoy yourself with family and friends.
Villa Ballat is fully air-conditioned and offers you 140 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 600 m2. It is ready to open its doors and provide accommodation for a maximum of 8, and optimally 6 people. You will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms, each of which contains a double bed. An additional bed for two people will be served by a sofa bed in the living room. You can also use the en suite bathrooms with showers, and a washing machine and iron will be of great use.
The beautifully decorated and modern kitchen is equipped with everything that will help you prepare your favorite meals for the whole family. There is also a dining room with a dining table that has a direct view of the outdoor terrace. The living room will be an ideal place for evening gatherings with your favorite movies, and includes a sofa and TV.
For a complete experience and relaxation, a sauna and a massage chair will serve, and those who like to spend an active vacation can also use the gym.
The most beautiful place in the entire facility is certainly the beautiful terrace with a 32 m2 swimming pool with hydromassage. Next to the pool are sun loungers and a seating area with a table. The town is known for its wonderfully clear sea, beautiful beaches and pine forests by the sea. Sports and active vacation lovers have the opportunity to enjoy various sports activities. Ask at local agencies and go on day trips (by bus, boat) to visit nature parks (Telašćica, Velebit), national parks (Plitvice Lakes, Paklenica, Krka Waterfalls, Kornati) or on night trips to the surrounding islands.
