HOUSING
From the entrance, you have direct access to the living room. The living room has a sofa, a television, and a dining area. Large windows open onto the terrace, ideal for a morning coffee or relaxing at the end of the day.
The kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped. It includes everything you need for your daily life.
The room is equipped with a queen size bed (160x200cm), a wardrobe and also benefits from direct access to the terrace.
A bathroom and separate toilet complete the comfort of this apartment.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and benefits from double glazing, ensuring comfort and tranquility despite the central location.

Outside of these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
