Beautiful 65 square meter apartment located in the 13th arrondissement of Paris.

Located in Paris, this beautifully decorated apartment is bright and comfortable. It has been completely renovated and can accommodate up to six people. It comprises two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely living area with a television and a sofa bed for relaxing after a long day. There is also a desk area in one of the bedrooms.
The apartment has a balcony which will be much appreciated in the summer! The view overlooks Paris and you can discover the various wonders of the capital!
You will have everything at your disposal to have an excellent stay, namely: Elevator, a private parking space (maximum height 1.85m), Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, television in the living room and in one bedroom, iron, a large American fridge, hair dryer, washing machine and air conditioning.
You'll be very well served by public transport, making it easy to explore the city and its surroundings! The neighborhood offers immediate access to lines 6 and 14 (Chevaleret and Olympiades stops). A Monoprix supermarket is located opposite the apartment.

The 13th arrondissement of Paris is best known for its Asian quarter, where many Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodians, and Laotians settled. The northern part of the arrondissement is more "traditional" and is home to important institutions such as the National Library of France and the Olympiades district.
It also has the advantage of being close to Montparnasse station, known for being surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.
