Ground floor: south-facing, large living room opening onto terrace and garden, fitted kitchen open to living room with sofa (not convertible) and armchairs, 1 separate WC.
Upstairs: Landing, 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room, separate WC.
BEDDING: 1 double bed in 160 (electric with wireless remote control) 1 double bed in 140, 1 extra bed in 90.
AMENITIES: Air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, WIFI, television, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, 3 induction hobs + extractor hood, electric coffee maker, toaster... Iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner... Garden furniture, built-in barbecue, canvas awning for sun protection.
