This 27 m² studio apartment, divisible by a movable partition, is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a living room with a sleeping area with 2 single beds and a dining area with 1 set of bunk beds, 1 TV
- a kitchenette equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 ceramic hobs, refrigerator, electric coffee maker, toaster, and raclette set
- a shower
- a separate toilet
The balcony with views of Mont Blanc faces northwest. The ski locker is located in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
La Traverse is a long, narrow residence located right in the heart of the resort, close to all the amenities (restaurants, bars, etc.). The north-facing apartments offer beautiful views of Mont Blanc while being quieter. The south-facing apartments overlook the Place du Carreau.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
In the heart of Les Coches, within easy reach of all amenities and shops, as well as the daycare center and the ESF ski school. Numerous activities take place in the Place du Carreau. The residences are located right at the foot of the slopes. Convenient parking is available in covered car parks, which can be reserved through us.
