This Family-friendly apartment nestled in the residential area of Stinjan, less than 1 KM from the wonderful Hidrobaza Beach.
This spacious 70m² apartment comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests, making it perfect for families seeking a memorable Croatian holiday.

The apartment features two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, while the other has two single beds. A large sofa in the living room is convertible, providing additional sleeping space for 5th person.

A private bathroom with a shower and washing machine provides convenience for longer stays, while the air-conditioned interior keeps you cool during warm summer days.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all necessary kitchenware for preparing family meals.

The private, 30 m² terrace with sea view is a wonderful addition. You can enjoy your meals or lounge on the sunloungers, while children can play on a dedicated play area. The terrace is partially roofed, guaranteeding everyone will be able to enjoy it, whether they prefer sun or shade.
